Slide Introduction

The track is fixed on the ground and the motor base is fixed on the track. The drive belt extension motor can slide on the track to adjust the slack of the conveyor belt

Slide rail

If the hinge is the heart of the cabinet, then the slide is the kidney. Whether the drawers, large or small, can be pushed and pulled freely, and how heavy the load is, depends on the support of the slide rails. From the current technology point of view, the bottom rail is better than the side rail, and the overall connection with the drawer is better than the three-point connection. Drawer slides vary in material, principle, structure, and process. High-quality slides have low resistance, long life, and smooth drawers.

1. Test steel. How much weight the drawer can support, mainly depends on the quality of the steel in the track. Different thicknesses of drawer steels have different thicknesses and different bearing weights. You can pull out the drawer when you are purchasing it and use your hand to press it slightly to see if it will loosen, squeak, or flip.

2. Look at the material. The material of the pulley determines the comfort of the drawer when it slides. Plastic pulleys, steel balls, and wear-resistant nylon are the three most commonly used pulley materials, of which the wear-resistant nylon is the top grade, and it slides silently. To see if the pulley is good or bad, you can push and pull the drawer with one finger. There should be no astringent feeling and no noise.

In the cabinet hardware accessories, apart from the slide rails, the drawers and hinges closely associated with them, there are many pneumatic and hydraulic device type hardware. These fittings are produced in response to evolving cabinet design methods, and are mainly used for flip-top doors and vertical lift doors.
