Safety without production benefits is useless. If you think negatively, then it is safest for the aircraft to stop on the ground. Therefore, we cannot talk about security in terms of security, but we should see that the value of security lies in the value of security itself and the value it can create. If there is a risk to go around and do not dare to take responsibility and dare not offend people, the risk will certainly expand indefinitely, let alone create any value.

There is also a dialectics here. The longer it takes to ensure security, the longer it will be possible to ensure safety. Why do you say this? In the past, it was said that the longer it takes to ensure safety, the closer it will be to accidents. This is a question of probability. I do not agree with this view. Probability exists. When the probability is infinitely small, there is no probability. Because the longer flight safety is ensured, the more experience is accumulated, the more advanced the aircraft equipment is improved, and the stronger the airport security capability is, the longer the flight safety can be ensured.

With "bottom line thinking" to achieve safe development, the selection and use of people is critical. Managers at all levels must be bold in their management and strict requirements so that employees can tell the truth and tell the truth in all aspects including safety management. Managers do not listen to lies and listen to big words. Only by listening to the truth and hearing the truth can they know the truth and do practical things. Selecting people with the criteria of “good cadres” and “three rigorous and three practical” politicians will create new cohesion in safety work, meet new challenges in safety work, and achieve long-term sustainable development.
