The project carried out technical research on welding performance, welding process, mechanical properties of welded joints, post-weld heat treatment and non-destructive testing of rotor structures and materials, overcomes key welding techniques, lays a foundation for localization and industrialization of nuclear power welding rotors, and forms nuclear power. Rotor welding technical specifications or industry standards and applications, comprehensive understanding of nuclear power welding rotor joint performance, provide safety and reliability assessment system and guidelines.
The implementation of the project will enhance the overall technical level of nuclear power turbine manufacturing and manufacturing, and is of great significance to the smooth implementation of major nuclear power projects such as Lingao Phase II, Ningde, Hongyanhe, Taishan and Sanmen.
