Approved by the Ministry of Commerce, the 4th China (Zhengzhou) International Abrasives Grinding Exhibition (abbreviation: China San Mill Exhibition / A&G EXPO) was successfully held at the Zhengzhou International Convention and Exhibition Center on September 14-16, 2017. The exhibition was co-sponsored by SINOMACH Precision Co., Ltd. and China National Machinery International Co., Ltd.; SINOMACH (Beijing) Exhibition Co., Ltd., China Machine Tool Industry Association Superhard Materials Branch, Abrasives Branch and Coated Abrasives Branch Undertake.
The exhibition area of ​​the three exhibitions is 20,000 square meters; there are 330 exhibitors from more than 10 countries and regions around the world; the exhibition attracts nearly 25,000 professional visitors from 24 countries and regions to visit and purchase; dozens of forums and professional lectures Held; more than 50 professional media and mass media in the world, nearly 100 journalists registered and reported on the three mills.
First, professional audience analysis
The audience of the 4th Sanmao Exhibition was widely distributed, and the audience quality was good and the number was sufficient. The vast majority of the audience came from the machinery manufacturing industry, with the main purpose of trade and communication.
(1) Analysis of the source of the audience
According to third-party statistics, the audience of this year's Sanmao exhibition comes from 24 countries and regions around the world. Domestic audiences accounted for approximately 93.6%, and overseas visitors accounted for approximately 6.4%.
The domestic audience came from 31 provinces (municipalities, autonomous regions) other than Tibet. Among them, the provinces accounted for 59% in Henan Province, 6% in Shandong Province, 6% in Guangdong Province and 5% in Hebei Province. According to regional comparison, the top three in Central China, East China and North China. The above situation is basically in line with the characteristics of the industry's geographical concentration. (See Figure 1-1.1, Figure 1-1.2)
(II) Analysis of audience decision-making power
As can be seen from Figure 1-2.1, the proportion of decision makers and decision-makers is 56%, indicating that the companies in the Sanming Exhibition are highly valued by the exhibition, with a high level of audience and good quality; in addition, more professional and technical personnel are involved (37.52 %), indicating that the exhibition is highly professional and attracted many technicians to the site for communication.
(3) Analysis of the industry in which the audience is located
The audience of this year's three grinding exhibitions came from many industries, among which the mechanical manufacturing industry attracted more than 1/3 of the audience, followed by the hardware and electromechanical and machine tool industry. Major industry users of abrasives, abrasives and grinding equipment are invited to attend and purchase. (See Figure 1-3)
(4) Analysis of the nature of the unit where the audience is located
It can be seen from Figure 1-4 that according to the nature of the unit where the audience is located, it also reflects that the audience engaged in the manufacturing industry accounts for a relatively high proportion. In addition, the number of visitors with trade as the main business target has also reached 1/3, indicating the trade characteristics of Sanmao Exhibition. Also more obvious.
(5) Analysis of the audience's interest in exhibits
As can be seen from Figure 1-5, the most concerned products for the audience are abrasives (32.7%), followed by abrasives and related products (25.2%), and the special equipment required by the industry has reached 24%, which is in line with the three-wear exhibition "abrasives- Abrasives-grinding equipment" industry chain characteristics and distribution of exhibits.
(6) Visitors visit the purpose of the exhibition
As can be seen from Figure 1-6, one-third of the audience stated that the “purchasing suppliers†indicated that the commercial purpose of this part of the audience was clear; the audience who “understood industry information†ranked second, accounting for 24%, which also indicated that the three grinding exhibitions Highlight the characteristics of professional exhibitions in the industry.

In Figure 1-7, exhibitors' invitations accounted for 24%, organizers' invitations accounted for 21%, and friends' introductions accounted for 16% of the top three, indicating that exhibitors and organizers played an important role in the organization of the audience; Ranked third, indicating that Sanming Exhibition brand has a high reputation and reputation, and participants are rewarded and willing to praise.
Second , exhibitor analysis
The 4th Sanmao exhibitors have a wide distribution of origins and strong representativeness of exhibitors; there is a big breakthrough in the size of foreign merchants and exhibits; domestic units are actively exhibiting and there are many special booths; exhibitors are satisfied with the indicators of exhibition services, audience quality and quantity. High degree; exhibitors are full of expectations for the next exhibition!
(I) Analysis of the source of exhibitors
There were 330 exhibitors at the 4th Sanmao Exhibition, an increase of 5% over the previous session. Exhibitors from more than 10 countries and regions such as China, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Germany, France, Sweden, the United States, Taiwan, and Hong Kong. The domestic and overseas share of exhibitors was 85.7% and 14.3% respectively (Figure 2-1.1). Overseas exhibitors accounted for 20.5% of the area; mainly in Asia (Figure 2-1.2).
Exhibitors from 20 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) exhibited on-site, among which the number of exhibitors in Henan Province ranked first, followed by Guangdong Province, Hebei Province, Jiangsu Province and Shandong Province, with TOP5 reaching 74.8%. The above data is basically in line with the current industrial distribution of the industry. (Figure 2-1.3)
(II) Analysis of the purpose of the exhibition
As can be seen from Figure 2-2, “Exhibitors showcase new products and new achievementsâ€, “Build new business relationships†and “Exchange of experience†as the main options for the exhibition purpose, indicating that Sanmo Exhibition is a brand professional exhibition, its display and trade. The comprehensive function of communicating with information is relatively complete.
(3) Analysis of audience satisfaction
Exhibitors evaluated the audiences of Sanmei Exhibition from the four dimensions of number, quality, intention and effect. The satisfaction rate was above 83%, and the satisfaction of the audience was the highest (92.4%), indicating that the audience level of Sanmei Exhibition was high. ,good quality. (Figure 2-3)
(iv) Analysis of service satisfaction
Among the 7 service indicators set in the questionnaire, exhibitors have higher satisfaction with the service of the exhibition, and the satisfaction rate is above 88%; the service items that the exhibitors are less satisfied with are “this booth construction serviceâ€, and the dissatisfied 12%. (Figure 2-4)
(5) Evaluation of the participation effect of the unit
As can be seen from Figure 2-5, exhibitors are satisfied with the participation activities of this unit. First of all, the exhibitor has the most confidence (95.9%), followed by the booth image and advertising effect (94%), even if the final option "exhibition effect" has reached the excellent standard.
(6) Analysis of the overall satisfaction of the exhibition
From the perspective of the overall experience of the exhibition, the exhibitors are very satisfied with the three exhibitions. The proportions of satisfaction, basic satisfaction and dissatisfaction were 40.6%, 53.4% ​​and 6%. Explain that San Mian Exhibition is a well-known brand of professional exhibitions in the industry. (Figure 2-6)
(VII) Analysis of the willingness of exhibitors to participate in the next exhibition
As can be seen from Figure 2-7, the exhibitors will have a strong willingness to choose the next exhibition. The number of exhibitors who choose “will be†and “very likely†will be as high as 65%, and those who choose “may†will account for 28.3%, only 0.9%. Exhibitors choose not to participate in the exhibition. Explain that exhibitors are full of confidence and expectation for the next three mills!

In the same period of the 4th Sanmao Exhibition, the 2017 China Seiko Intelligent Manufacturing Summit Forum, the 21st China Superhard Materials Technology Development Forum, the 2017 Autumn National Abrasives Industry Information Exchange Conference and the 66th China Corundum Silicon Carbide Fair, 2017 China International Conference on Coated Abrasives, the 4th Sino-German Grinding Technology Exchange Conference, and more, more than 1,100 delegates. Five exhibitors released new products and new technologies on the spot and achieved good results.
The 4th Sanzhan Exhibition adhered to the green exhibition and saved the exhibition.
