When the angles of the cutters are completely correct, the engraved dots are correct prisms. If the cutter angle is slightly different, the engraved dots have obvious errors, which seriously affects the quality of color printing, as shown in the following figure.
The development of engraving knives The engraving knives are very small, precise, and very difficult to manufacture. The main key technologies are:
Grinding and adjustment of the grinding disc. The grinding wheels of special cast iron need to be ground and trimmed for a long time before use. The abrasive used is as thick as 80 pieces m and as thin as 1.5m. The roughness of the plate after trimming needs to reach Rao.025. Balance detection and adjustment.
Grinding and repairing the grinding disc should be installed on the main shaft of the knife grinder to align. The main shaft of the sharpener uses a special shaft system. It has the characteristics of high accuracy and low noise at high speed.
The axial series movement of the main shaft, the warp of the warp and the end of the grinding disc are all equal. These angles are guaranteed by various special included angles, detected by large optical projectors, and ground by experienced developers.
