First, indoor water supply and drainage
The galvanized steel pipe shall be connected by screws, and the damaged galvanized layer appearance and pipe thread shall be exposed locally, and shall be treated with anti-corrosion treatment.
The copper pipe joint should be stopped for oxygen welding. It should have a slope of 2‰～5‰. The horizontal pipe of the water supply should have a slope of 2‰～5‰ to the water discharge installation; the water supply riser and the 3 or 3 At the beginning of the branch pipe of more than one water distribution point, the detachable connecting piece should be installed.
Valves on the pipeline: the pipe diameter is less than or equal to 50mm, and the shut-off valve should be adopted; if the pipe diameter is greater than 50mm, the gate valve should be adopted.
The drinking water pipeline should be filled with water containing 20-30 mg of free chlorine per liter of water before use to stop disinfection. The chlorine-containing water should be kept in the tube for more than 24 hours.
The connection between the horizontal pipe and the horizontal pipe, the horizontal pipe and the vertical pipe of the drain pipe shall be 45° angle four-way and 90° angle oblique three-way or 90° angle oblique four-way. For the connection between the riser and the end of the discharge pipe, it is preferable to use two 45° angle bends or a 90° angle bend with a bending radius of not less than 4 times.
The inspection port of the drainage pipe buried in the open or under the floor shall be located in the inspection well. The bottom gauge shall be level with the flange of the inspection port, and the bottom of the well shall have a slope of 5%, and the slope of the slope shall be toward the inspection port. Hooks or clamps on the drain pipe shall be fixed to the load-bearing structure. Fixing distance: The horizontal pipe shall not be more than 2m, and the riser shall not be more than 3m. The height of the floor is less than 4m, and the riser can be secured with one fixture. A pier shall be provided at the bend at the bottom of the riser.
The snorkel must not be connected to the duct or the flue. It should be no less than 300mm above the roof. The drain pipe leading to the outside, when passing through the wall or the bottom of the foundation must be returned, the 45° tee and the 45° elbow are used, and the sweeping port should be provided at the top of the vertical pipe section. The drainage pipe from the indoor to the outdoor inspection well should be higher than the discharge pipe or the top of the two pipes, and have a water flow angle of not less than 90°. If the drop difference is greater than 300mm, it is not restricted by the angle.
Drainage pipes concealed or buried shall be filled with water before the shading, and the height of the irrigation shall not be lower than the height of the bottom air.
Second, sanitary ware device
When the sanitary ware is installed, the structural strength of the building cannot be affected due to the construction, and the quality of the building should not be lowered due to the use of sanitary equipment.
If some pipelines must pass through important columns such as columns, beams, and seismic walls of the building, the location of the perforations should be reserved during the soil construction and construction phases. Do not tap the structural members at will during decoration.
In the chiseling operation, the use of a sledge hammer is prevented, so as not to cause the vibration of the entire structure to form a steel bar and a concrete.
Third, the washbasin device
The edge along the washbasin should be placed on the countertop, and the edge along the washbasin should be close to the bottom of the countertop. The height of the countertop is generally 800mm. The washbasin is supported by the countertop member made of steel. The height of the washbasin support beam of the countertop frame is detected before the washbasin. When the washbasin is installed, the rubber shims can be leveled with the pelvic floor. There is a joint between the washbasin and the countertop, and the seam is sealed with a sealing paste, and no leakage around the mouth.
Fourth, the washbasin water supply accessory device
(1) The upper faucet of the upper faucet device is directly screwed on the threaded pipe fitting of the water supply pipe. The ordinary faucet can be connected with the short pipe of the external thread and the pipe ferrule. The single cold water faucet is located on the center wall of the basin and is 200mm above the basin (1000mm from the air). The center of the cold and hot water tap is 150mm.
When the device is closed, the hot water tap is 100mm higher than the cold tap (1100mm from the air). When the concealed pipe device is installed, the cold and hot water taps are flush, the cross-pipe height of the cold water feed water is 925 mm, and the cross-tube height of the hot water feed water is 1075 mm. The washbasin of the fitting faucet on the device, the faucet hole is blocked by the magnetic boring cover.
(2), the lower angle of the water supply angle device is 450mm, the cold water cross tube height is 350mm, the hot water cross tube height is 525mm, the diagonal position device must be vertical wall surface, the angle valve position and the faucet hole on the washbasin are at A vertical line.
When the position of the water supply pipe reserved for the wall is slightly biased, the connecting copper pipe between the angle valve and the faucet can be bent into a B-bend, but the angle valve and the wall pipe must be aligned.
The connecting pipe between the angle valve and the wall nozzle is connected by galvanized welded steel pipe, the external thread at both ends of the pipe is connected, the angle valve is installed at one end, and the other end is screwed into the internal threaded pipe in the wall.
Connected with a chrome-plated copper tube, one end of the chrome-plated copper tube has been welded integrally with the angle valve, and the other end of the water supply port is a threaded pipe clamp or an internal and external threaded joint, and the copper pipe is covered with a hemp (or a rubber ring). And the packing gland, after the chrome-plated copper tube is inserted into the pipe joint, push the hemp hoop and mix the gland to make the pipe gap seal without leakage. The angle valve and the faucet are connected by a metal hose, the rubber ring is filled in the lock nut, and the lock nut is tightened so that the joint has no leakage. The wall of the concealed pipe receives the root and is covered with a decorative cover. The decorative cover should be close to the wall.
(3), the lower matching type clear piping device
The height of the cold water branch pipe device is 250mm, and the height of the hot water branch pipe is 350mm. On the branch pipe connected to the washbasin faucet, the shut-off valve is installed at a height of 450mm. The clear piping requires a good degree of cross-pipe, and the vertical pipe connected to the faucet requests a good verticality.
(4), the washbasin drainage accessory device wash basin drain plug device under the water trap.
The height of the “P†type trap outlet is 400mm, which is connected with the wall drain pipe.
The “S†type trap outlet is connected with the reserved drain port in the air, and the reserved drain port is 70mm away from the wall. When the wall and air reserved drain pipe are DN32 external threaded nozzles, the wall and air 20mm trap water outlet pipe is inserted into the drain pipe (insertion depth is about 40rum), and tightened with a gland nut with a rubber ring. On the drain pipe, the exterior decorative cover covers the wall and the air.
The washbasin under the washbasin drain plug is not installed in the trap, and the drain pipe device.

4 When the ordinary washbasin trap is connected with the mounted drain pipe, the trap water outlet pipe can be directly inserted into the drain pipe by 40~60mm, and the pipe gap is filled with the hemp hoop or rubber ring, and sealed with putty.
