2. On the gas test stand, the opening pressure of the safety valve is corrected by adjusting the load applied to the valve flap. The lever type safety valve adjusts the weight position and the spring type safety valve adjusts the spring compression amount. The opening pressure of the safety valve shall comply with the relevant provisions of the boiler and pressure vessel safety technical supervision regulations.
3. On the container, adjust the discharge pressure and return pressure of the safety valve by adjusting the clearance between the safety valve adjustment ring and the valve flap. If the safety valve only leaks under the opening pressure without jumping or jumping, but there is severe vibration and "beep" after the pressure drops, the gap is too large and should be adjusted smaller. If the return pressure is too low, the clearance of the adjustment ring is too small and should be adjusted appropriately. The discharge pressure of the steam safety valve shall be less than or equal to 1.03 times the opening pressure, and the opening and closing pressure difference shall not be greater than 10% of the opening pressure. The discharge pressure of the air or other gas safety valve shall be less than or equal to 1.10 times the opening pressure, and the opening and closing pressure difference shall not be greater than 15% of the opening pressure.
4. When the safety valve is to be checked and pressure adjusted, there must be a technician who is in charge of the safety of the boiler and pressure vessel in the unit. The accuracy of the pressure gauge for the adjustment and calibration device should be no less than Class 1. When adjusting online, there should be Safety precautions.
5. During the verification process, the verification personnel should make a record in time. The qualified safety valve shall be sealed after the relevant accessory device is installed to prevent any changes to the adjusted state.
