Increasing the working pressure of the compressor represents an increase in the power of the compressor. Therefore, reducing the pressure in the system is an effective measure to reduce work pressure and improve economic efficiency. The working pressure of a 15m3/min compressor is reduced from 0.7MPa to 0.6Mpa, and its power can be reduced by more than 6%. Therefore, the reasonable design of the pipe network and pipe diameter; timely replacement of the filter screen of the famous filter; the use of modern adjustment systems, etc., are the main measures to reduce the system pressure drop.
The useless consumption of the air compressor system is usually caused by leakage, equipment wear, process mismatch and improper use of compressed air. Among them, the most serious is the leakage loss, and sometimes it can reach 10-15% of the total exhaust gas. Should be given enough attention. The amount of leakage is proportional to the working pressure, and the amount of leakage decreases while the pressure drops. An effective way to reduce leakage is to plug the leak and reduce the working pressure.
Fusheng air compressors also convert their energy into heat energy while producing compressed air. The compressed air is carried away and the radiation loss is very small. More than 90% of the energy can be used as waste heat recovery. For example, when the cooling water of the compressor is connected to the return circuit of the hot water boiler, the remaining heat can be recycled very efficiently.
