The study of the phase balance relationship and crystal structure of the corresponding systems is crucial for the preparation of the materials, the improvement of properties and the exploration of new materials. .

Guangxi University is the main unit for carrying out experimental phase diagram studies in China, and it is also one of the main units for conducting experimental phase diagram studies internationally. The alloy phase diagram laboratory of Guangxi University was established in 1962 and was founded by Zheng Jianxuan, a famous physicist and former vice president of Guangxi University. In the 50 years since its establishment, the laboratory has undertaken 24 national natural science projects, more than 20 Guangxi natural science projects and 18 international cooperation projects.
