Affected by strong cold air, it is expected that on the 17th, the eastern and southern parts of the Northeast, the eastern part of Huanghuai, the Jianghuai, the Jiangnan, and the central and northern parts of South China will have a temperature drop of 4-8 °C, including the southeastern part of Heilongjiang and parts of northeastern Jilin. In the central and eastern parts of Inner Mongolia, the northeastern region and other places have 4 to 5 winds; the east of the East China Sea, the Taiwan Strait, and the east side of Taiwan will have 7 to 8 winds and 9 winds. 
From 08:00 to 20:00 on the 19th, there were small to medium snow or sleet in the north of Xinjiang and along the west of the Tianshan Mountains and northwest of Heilongjiang. Among them, there were heavy snow in parts of the west of the Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang; southwest of Hubei and northwestern Hunan. The Ministry, the western part of Guangxi, Hainan, most of Guizhou, southern Yunnan, central Sichuan, southeastern Chongqing and other places have small to moderate rain.
