Overview:

PX5 steel is a special tool steel of DAIDO and AISIP20 modified steel of the United States. It is a universal plastic mold steel and pre-hardened steel for welding supergroup.Hardness is 30 ~ 33 HRC pre hardened steel, can be directly put into use after engraving processing, to elaborate production process, got a fairly uniform structure and hardness, electro discharge machining surface hardening layer hardness is low, after the convenience of polishing, balance in low welding crack sensitivity of component design, greatly improve the weldability.The polishing, electric erosion, welding repair and machinability are all good.

The main features:
