It is a large-scale alumina company jointly invested by Xin'an Power Group and Xiangjiang Group. The total investment of the first phase of the project is 2.131 billion yuan. The project started construction in April 2005. The construction unit overcame various unfavorable factors such as capital and weather to ensure the smooth progress of the project. At present, the main body of the thermal power plant No. 3 of the project is 90% complete, the external power supply cable is over, the 110 kV line has already started construction, and the alumina plant finished product. The frame construction of garages, raw material mills, and gas plant main buildings was completed. The recycling pools and tar pits operation rooms had been completed.
