Bosheng is the specialized manufacturer of various steel poles and steel components including street lighting poles, electric power poles, traffic signal poles, flag poles, wind power poles and microwave communication towers, etc.
 
Through Shanghai Port, which is one of the largest ports in China, we export poles to South America, Middle East, Africa, Australia, Philippines and other countries.

Material
    Specification for Distribution Steel Pole 25FT, 30FT, 35FT, 40FT,45FT. 
We buy the raw material from famous mill factory here in China. We'll check the elements of the raw material like silicon, carbon, sulfur etc. in our lab test room. Silicon less than 2%. If they are unqualified, we'll return them. In this way, we can control the quality from the first beginning.

Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears machine, shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.

After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.


Inspection
To ensure the quality, we have professional technicists to inspect the poles during the manufacturing and before delivery.
We have Lab Test, Workload Test, Steel thickness Test, Galvanization thickness Test, etc.



Delivery
We normally use 40HQ containers and our Port limit weight for a 40HQ is 26 tons.
