1. Selection principles

2. Requirements issued to employers
(1) According to the occupational hazard factors and the degree of harm in the workplace, the labor protection supplies for the typical types of work in the national work directory as stipulated in the Standard for the Provision of Labor Protective Equipment (Provisional) issued by the State Economic and Trade Commission in 2000 Standards, free of charge for practitioners in line with national regulations. Do not replace the care products that should be provided with money or other items.
(2) Purchase of special labor protection articles from fixed-point business units or manufacturing enterprises. Health care products must have "three certificates", namely production license, product certification and safety certification. The purchased health care products must be checked and accepted by the unit's safety management department. According to the requirements of the use of health care products, make necessary inspections of the protective function before use.
(3) Education practitioners shall implement the “three sessions†in accordance with the use rules and protection requirements of health care products: they will check the reliability of the care products; they will correctly use the care products; they will properly maintain the care products, and conduct supervision and inspection.
(4) In accordance with the requirements of the product specification, timely replacement, scrap expired and expired care products.
(5) Establish and improve management systems and usage files for the purchase, acceptance, storage, distribution, use, replacement, and retirement of health care products, and implement and carry out necessary supervision and inspection.
3. The correct use of labor protection products
(1) Prior to use, a visual inspection shall be conducted first to determine the degree of protection effectiveness of the product against harmful factors, whether the appearance is defective or damaged, whether the assembly of each component is tight, and whether the start is flexible;
(2) The correct use of labor protection articles in strict accordance with the "User's Manual";
(3) The use of protective equipment within the scope of performance shall not be used beyond the limit; products that have not been designated by the State, have not been approved by the monitoring department, or have failed to meet the standard requirements shall not be used; they shall not be replaced arbitrarily, and they shall not be shoddy.
