1. Pay attention to the protection of the countertops in daily life. To avoid local heat on the kitchen countertop, do not place the hot pan directly on the cabinet countertop. c. If the cabinet is level, place the pad and put it on the countertop. It is still found that there is unevenness between the cabinet countertop and the pad. The reason for this is that the operating table on the surface of the splicing table in the processing plant is not even. After the splicing seam is glued, the cabinet countertops and the operating table are fixed together with fastening pliers. After the glue is solidified, the cabinet counters are faced. d. The causes of cracks on the sides of sink holes and cookware holes are mainly the irregularities of the mosaic of the cabinet countertops. The method of opening the holes is not correct and the underside of the inner reinforcement bar is incorrectly stitched. If there are butt joints in the underside reinforced bars, please do not point the butt joints into the basin holes and stove holes. It is better to use the entire bar with the inside reinforcing bar next to the stove hole.

Grind the place where it resists until it is completely in a seamless state and glue it again. Grinding requirements at the seams during processing and installation: It is necessary to grind water with water, sand with water, and grindstones with a size of up to 500 mesh are used for grinding, and light with more than 500 meshes is used for lightening.
When the seams on the countertops of the cabinets are uneven, it is best to use a 300-grit grinding pad to remove the high places. Remember that you can't use too much force, you can only polish the high places, and you can't grind the entire seam, otherwise, The gloss on both sides of the seam is polished away. Finally, 500 mesh, 1000 mesh, 2000 mesh, and 3000 mesh abrasives were used to grind with water until the seams were even and bright.
