According to industry insiders, in addition to the lack of standards and rough design, there is another reason for the quality of the power station: the quality of the construction personnel. Due to the lack of qualification requirements for construction personnel, most front-line employees have insufficient experience in project construction, technical guidance, and quality control, and lack the ability to solve technical quality problems on site. In order to save costs, some project owners are not strict with the quality of key components, resulting in irreparable consequences. For example, the bracket is not treated with anti-corrosion treatment, and only a layer of paint is simply applied; the cable does not consider thermal expansion and contraction, and the quality of the inverter is not so good. Problems such as shading and hot spots in the operation of photovoltaic power plants will seriously affect the photoelectric conversion efficiency and service life of the components.
