Anything that floats into the water, such as bedplates, chests, cabinets, door panels, etc., can be used to make rafts. If you can't find the rope at one time, you can tear it off with sheets, sheets, etc.
5. Before climbing the raft, make sure that the raft can float. It is essential to collect food, signal appliances (such as whistles, flashlights, flags, bright sheets) and paddles. Before leaving the house to float, eat food and drink hot beverages to increase your strength.
6. Before leaving the house, turn off the gas valve, the main power switch, etc., and allow valuables to be rolled up with a blanket and stored in the upstairs cabinet when time permits. When you go out, it's best to close the door so that your property does not drift away.

Therefore, what must be noted in the flood is that it is necessary to wait for rescue in the safety zone without knowing the water conditions, and it is better to have spare emergency equipment at home to prepare for the need.
1. Shelters should generally be selected where they are closest to their homes, where the terrain is high, transportation is convenient, and sanitation is better. Most of the cities are flat roofs of high-rise buildings, schools with high ground or strong buildings, and hospitals.
2. Store clothing, clothing, and other cold objects at a high place. Bind the valuables that are not portable and then bury them underground or place them high. Tickets, jewelry, and other items can be sewn into clothing.
3. Draw rafts and collect floating materials such as tubs and blocks for life-saving equipment to prepare for urgent needs; it is difficult to find suitable drinking water when floods arrive. Therefore, water tubs, buckets, etc. can be stocked with water tools before the flood comes. Clean drinking water.
4. Prepare medicine, fire, and other items; keep all kinds of communication facilities that can still be used, and maintain good communication and transportation links with the outside world.
