This year Yinchuan City will implement 40 key construction projects in Yinchuan City, 5 in Yongning County, 5 in Helan County and 5 in Lingwu City. The related departments of Yinchuan City will pay migrant workers wage guarantee money for each construction unit and construction company. The construction companies and construction labor subcontracted companies sign labour contracts with migrant workers, as well as occupational safety and labor protection at the construction site. Conduct joint law enforcement inspections.
