The strength of the building structure at the attachment point of the attached wall frame shall meet the requirements of the construction manual for the construction of the lift, and the embedded parts shall be reliably embedded in the structure of the building.
3. Drink tea structural parts and parts. Before installation, check whether the structural parts such as the rail frame, cage, fence, sky wheel and attachment frame of the construction elevator are intact and matched. The types and quantities of bolts, shaft pins, cotter pins and other components are complete and intact. Visible, severely rusted, heavily worn, wholly or partially deformed components shall be repaired or replaced until the relevant provisions of the composite product standard are available for installation.
4. The lift manufacturer should check whether the safety device is complete and in good condition.
5. Check the rust and lubrication of the link parts of the parts. Check the rust and lubrication of the socket pin and pin hole of the rail frame, struts, fasteners, etc. to ensure that the parts are oiled and rust-proof, and the mixing parts are fully lubricated and flexible.
6. Check the special power supply and distribution box, auxiliary lifting equipment, slings and tools required for the installation work to ensure that the installation requirements of the elevator are met.
All items are inspected and all are accepted before they can be installed.
