Misunderstanding 1: Powder pesticides are all used in water
Powder pesticides are made by mixing one or more pesticides with clay, clay and other fillers by mechanical processing. The pulverized powder passes through the No. 200 mesh, the coarse particles are coarse, the agglomeration is not easy, and the sprayability and dispersibility are good. However, the powder is not easily wetted by water, nor can it be dispersed and suspended in water, so it cannot be applied by water spray. Generally used for dusting, high-concentration powder can be mixed with seeds, soil treatment or preparation of baits.
Misunderstanding 2: Wet powder is used to spray powder
The wettable powder is prepared by adding one or more kinds of pesticide raw materials and filler clay, and adding a certain amount of washing powder and the like to the pulverizing and mixing. 99.5% of the pulverized powder passes through the 200 mesh sieve, the fineness is better than the powder, can be wetted by water, and can be uniformly suspended in water, and the suspension rate is generally above 60%, so that the liquid medicament can be fully adhered to plants and harmful organisms. On the surface of the body, the agent is allowed to exert a contact or stomach toxicity. Wettable powders are mainly used for water sprays. Because it contains a moisture-absorbing humectant, it can make the powder agglomerate or agglomerate, so it can not be used as a powder. At the same time, it can not be used for toxic soil application or seed dressing. Because of its poor dispersion performance, high concentration, it is easy to produce phytotoxicity.
IECEx Approved Coriolis Mass Flow Meter
Zhejiang Sealand Technology Co., Ltd. is a trustworthy manufacturer of Mass Flow Transmitter, Coriolis Mass Flow Transmitter, Coriolis Mass Flow Sensor, Mass Flow Sensor & Mass Flow Sensor Coriolis, ATEX, IECEx & CE approved.
The meter can be connected with computer as follows. Connect the meter and computer with a USB-to-RS485 converter( converter A+ end to transmitter A+ end, B- to B-, and GND to GDN); turn to device manager of the computer to check COM port connected with meter. Start the software, select the right COM port and click Connect; do not change any other parameters (if you do not know the right one, click Automatic options on the left, click Connect, plug & unplug the transmitter, and then check if it is connected). You can click Connect on the tool bar to disconnect or connect again. It will shown Connected/Not Connected at the bottom of this interface.
The flow direction is settable. There are 4 options, forward(default), reverse, absolute value & bi-direction. There is a direction mark on the sensor. Forward means the same direction with the mark on sensor, the meter will only count the flow in this direction; reverse means the opposite direction of the mark, the meter will only count the reverse direction; bidirectional means that the meter will measure both directions, it increases when it is forward and decreases when reverse; absolute means it increases no matter it is forward or reverse.
