The terms of this agreement are the supplementary clauses of the "Shanghai Family Home Decoration Decoration Construction Contract" signed by Party A and Party B. They shall follow the principles of equality, voluntariness, fairness, and good faith. I. Services of Party C
1. Party C is the supervisor of the contract between Party A and Party B. Party C will perform network supervision and construction quality supervision services for Party B's renovation.
2. Part of the project price stipulated in the agreement between Party A and Party B shall be supervised by Party C. Party A shall entrust Party C to carry out construction quality supervision; after the supervision and acceptance are qualified, according to the contract, Party A shall pay Party B the relevant project proportion.
3. Thirty working days after the acceptance of the project, Party A confirms that Party C will pay Party B the engineering supervision money previously paid by Party A to Party C. If there are any quality problems after acceptance, Party A will order Party B to carry out rectification. If there is a major quality problem, Party C has the right to freeze the funds and conduct network exposure.

III. Responsibility and Limitation of Loss 1. A consensus was reached among the parties involved: Party C made it clear that at no time did it offer claims, mortgages, special exemptions, and offsetting rights of privilege. The rights handled were still between Party A and Party B.
2. If Party B loses or damages the materials provided by Party A, in order to calculate this loss, it will be estimated at the cost of its selling price. It is not due to any behavior or negligence caused by Party C. Party C is not responsible.
4. Oral communication Responsibility for exchange of errors arising from oral communication with Party A. In the absence of any conflict with the contents of the above sections, Party A and Party B shall confirm the content of these oral communications within 24 hours of oral communication in written form. After Party C receives these written confirmations, it shall comply with the written confirmation. In the event that Party C did not receive a written confirmation, it was not responsible for the acts that took place during the oral communication.
5. The staff, agents or employees authorized to sign the contract declare and guarantee that all necessary work will be done and that they have the right to protect their respective organizations under the law .
6. Modification of the Final Completion of the Contract Except for written agreements signed by the parties, this agreement cannot be changed, modified, cancelled or discarded, or terminated, orally or otherwise. Written opinions include the complete agreement. They are endorsed by the three parties and cannot be represented by others. Whether written or oral, they will not work.
Seventh, dispute handling methods
1. During the performance of this contract or during the warranty period, disputes will arise between Party A and Party B to resolve the dispute.
2. If Party A and Party B do not wish to resolve through negotiation or mediation, or if negotiation or mediation does not succeed, the following way will be solved:
(a) Apply to Shanghai Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
(b) File a lawsuit with the People's Court.
Eight copies of this agreement in triplicate, Party A, Party B and Party C each hold one.
