RP018B antirust water is made up of a variety of corrosion inhibitors and various additives in proportion. It is non-toxic and does not contain sodium nitrite. It has good corrosion inhibition performance for steel parts and copper parts.
Application description of RP018B
- Sealing and antirust
RP018B raw solution is mixed with the usual packaging materials, such as polyethylene film, composite paper, neutral wax paper or sodium benzoate antirust paper. It is sealed. The antirust effect can be more than one year. It is suitable for direct rust treatment of mechanical parts after water base cleaning agent is cleaned.- Antirust in intermediate storage
RP018B can be diluted to 1:20-30 for use, sprinkled on the machine parts stacked in the middle storage, and repeated sprinkler once every week or so to achieve the purpose of anti rust in the middle. It is suitable for short term anti rust treatment of larger mechanical parts.-Â Rust prevention between processes
Put the machine parts soaked in 10% RP018B diluent, and the antirust time can be up to one month. Suitable for small parts of machinery, soaking and rust prevention. If the soaking method is not adopted, the use concentration should be appropriately increased.
