The successful on-grid demonstration of the surface floating photovoltaic power plant demonstration project is another breakthrough made by our company in the floating technology of photovoltaic surface water, which fills the technological gap that is difficult to overcome for the life of the “floating mass†in the domestic photovoltaic industry.
The project is located in the photovoltaic solar greenhouse plant area of ​​the Changsheng Ridian Recycling Industrial Park in Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, and is built on the artificial lake surface in the shed area. Its flotation system adopts a "floating tank + support" structure and uses a "new type patented buoyancy tank" developed and patented by the company, which makes the system more flexible, adaptable, stable, and durable. All have been strengthened to ensure the smooth operation of the project for 25 years.
According to Zhongzhilin, the surface floating PV power plant demonstration project has three major highlights:
First, the buoyancy tank is made of composite inorganic materials. The floating body material will not cause pollution to the water body, and its durability is far beyond the design and service life of the photovoltaic power plant, which solves the problem of poor durability and stability of the floating system of the conventional surface photovoltaic power plant. . Combining advanced floating system structural design in the design can reduce the number of pontoons and reduce the project cost.
Second, this project serves as a demonstration project with multiple scientific missions. First of all, we tested the "new type patented buoyancy tank" developed by our company and obtained the actual measured data of floating photovoltaic power station on the surface. Secondly, at the same time, the company adopts the most advanced high-performance components of double-glass N-type double-sided, single-crystal double glass, polycrystalline double glass, and single crystal frame. After the project is connected to the grid, it can monitor the power generation data of various photovoltaic modules. In the future, the design and construction of surface floating photovoltaic power plants will provide valuable data.
Thirdly, the photovoltaic surface floating system is part of the photovoltaic project in the recycling industrial park, which is in stark contrast to the part of the ground-based photovoltaic greenhouse. It can simultaneously monitor and analyze two different forms of photovoltaic systems from the aspects of power generation, operation and maintenance.
